MOPS leaders from Mannheim BFV enjoy networking at the Council

Fall European Council in Geilenkirchen, Germany

On Saturday, October 13th, 2007 from 9:00am to 4:00pm MOPS In Europe held its Fall Leadership Council at the NATO base chapel in Geilenkirchen, Germany. This was a great midpoint location for most of the MOPS leaders in Europe and the leaders had a great time sharing and networking with each other.

MOPS Meets With US Army Chaplains

On September 10, European Council Coordinator Cheryl Koevoet made a special MOPS presentation to the US Army Command Chaplains who were gathered in the Bavarian Alps at the Edelweiss Resort & Spa in Garmisch, Germany for a weekend conference.

The chaplains were interested in starting more MOPS groups at US military installations around Europe and they had the opportunity to ask questions and see a special Military MOPS presentation.

MOPS Represented at Greater Europe Mission Conference

From August 2-8 Council Coordinator Cheryl Koevoet represented MOPS International at the Annual Greater Europe Missions Conference in Sopron, Hungary. The conference is a yearly event that brings together the more than 350 GEM missionaries from all over Europe.

As well as representing MOPS International in the MOPS booth and speaking with ministry leaders interested in starting MOPS groups all over Europe, Cheryl also presented a special workshop entitled "Impact a Mom, Impact a Family, Impact the World."
